BCI Asia Awards Indonesia’s Top 10 architecture firms and property developers
BCI Asia names Indonesia’s 10 most-active architecture firms and property developers to receive the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards at the annual BCI Asia Awards ceremony held on 24 May 2016 at Fairmont Jakarta. The portfolios of these elite architecture firms contain USD 6.82 billion worth of properties scheduled to start construction in Indonesia this year while the portfolios of these top developers contain USD 1.89 billion.
The winners of 2016 are architecture and property developer firms with the greatest aggregate value of projects under construction during the last full calendar year weighted by the extent of their sustainability efforts. For architecture firm, pre-tender projects were included to recognize early incorporation of Green design efforts.
