Senior Project Architects
Requirements:
· Male/Female
· 10 years expertise as a Project Architect for Commercial High Rise Residential, Office, Mix Used Project, CAD Skills
· Mastering the Process of Design Development and Construction Document is a must
· Able to communicate in English
· Must posses at least a Bachelor Degree
Responsibilities :
· the design of the surrounding landscape and spaces
· consulting with other professionals about the design of an environment
· advising the client on the practicality of their project
· producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications
· project managing and helping to coordinate the work of contractors
· regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time
· resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
· controlling a project from start to finish
Senior Design Architects
Requirements:
· Male/Female
· Min.10 years expertise as Design Architect for Commercial High Rise Apartment/Residential, Office, Mix Used Project
· CAD and Sketchup is a must
· Able to communicate in English
· Must posses at least a Bachelor Degree
Responsibilities :
· consulting with other professionals about the design of an environment
· Preparing tender applications and presentations
· Specifying the nature and quality of materials required
· producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications
